PTO Over-Run (Freewheel) Couplings
Stop a rotary cutter or other heavy implement from driving the tractor forward when you push the clutch in. For single clutch tractors such as the Ferguson TE20, TO20, MF35 and Ford 8N, 9N and 2N.

These are not safety clutches. An over-run coupling gives no protection under load, so it is normally used with a separate slip clutch or shear bolt. Your tractor must have a master PTO guard and a guard extension.
Match the spline
The female end slides onto the tractor PTO stub: 1 3/8″ × 6 for 540 rpm, 1 3/8″ × 21 or 1 3/4″ × 20 for 1000 rpm. Clamp yokes bolt on, quick release yokes use a lock pin.
Match the series
The yoke series must match your PTO shaft’s cross. Cap dia is the bearing cap diameter, cross dia is the overall width across the cross. Measure your cross to check.
Need overload protection?
The combined over-run and safety couplings freewheel and also slip under load. For heavier work use a freewheel safety clutch.
Sizes as listed by Bare-Co. Confirm spline, series and rotation before ordering.
