We ship from our warehouses in Tennessee and Texas to addresses in the United States. On products we stock in both places, you can choose where it ships from on the product page.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment, not counting weekends and holidays. Parts that are out of stock are shown as out of stock or on backorder before you buy.

Shipping cost and carriers

The shipping cost is worked out at checkout from the weight and box size of your order and your address, and you see it before you pay. We ship with UPS, FedEx or USPS. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after the order ships, depending on where you are.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you the tracking number. You can also see it under My account → Orders.

Damaged or missing items

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before the order ships.
